I can't sign in with Apple or Google
If sign-in fails, try these steps:
1. Check your internet connection and try again.
2. Update Teachmysoul to the latest version.
3. For Sign in with Apple, make sure you are signed in to iCloud in iOS Settings.
4. For Google sign-in, pick the account you want when the chooser appears.
5. Restart the app, and if needed restart your device.
Your reading progress is tied to the account you sign in with, so use the same one each time. If you still cannot sign in, raise a ticket and tell us your device, OS version and which sign-in method you used.
