I paid but my chapters are still locked
If your purchase went through but premium chapters are still locked, try this:
1. Open the Profile tab and tap Restore Purchases.
2. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.
3. Fully close the app and reopen it.
Purchases are tied to your store account, so restoring re-checks your entitlement. If it still does not unlock, raise a ticket and include the store receipt/order number and the email on your account, and we will sort it out.
